Cancellation & Refunds

At Dr. Agarwal Surgical Pathology & Diagnostic Center, we aim to provide exceptional service. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation of Services/Appointments
- Cancellations by Users: If you need to cancel an appointment or service, please contact us at least 2 hours/days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.
- Cancellations by Dr. Agarwal Surgical Pathology & Diagnostic Center: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or service, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer suitable alternatives. No cancellation fees will be charged in such cases.
Refunds:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy and Razorpay's guidelines. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end.
- Any overpayment or duplicate payments made by the user.
- Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction through Razorpay.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, once rendered or initiated, may not be eligible for a refund. This includes but is not limited to services where diagnostic testing has begun or reports have been generated.
